Coconut Oil Ruined My Hair

Coconut oil ruined my hair. I’m not sure how it happened, but it happened, and now it looks like it might never happen again.

As far as I know, coconut oil is organic. It also contains many beneficial nutrients and is very good for your skin. My hair and my scalp have always been a match made in heaven, and it was only natural that it would stay that way forever.

Then came the hair loss. First, I had a visit with a doctor. He confirmed that the coconut oil in my shampoo was the cause of my hair loss. “No way,” I thought, “that’s impossible.”

“It looks like you’re going bald. Do you want to try other things? Would you like to try taking some vitamins?”

So off I went to see a doctor, and of course, he told me that it was all related to something called “hair loss in men”. Hair loss is something that has been a problem for centuries, and that makes it sound much worse than it really is.

“Okay, hair loss in men does indeed cause hair loss in women. So what?” I thought.

So I talked to my doctor about hair loss in men and about the hair loss in women that had already been discussed, and I decided to go to a vitamin store and get some vitamins to help treat my hair loss. This would probably be a good time to mention that I found that coconut oil is the most valuable source of vitamins. I was amazed to find that it actually had a vitamin that the hair loss vitamins did not contain: DIM.

Coconut oil has a huge role to play in the future of hair loss treatments, and this is just one example of why. There are many others.
