“If you ever think you don’t have anyone to turn to, you do. And there are a lot of us. speakingout“.

“Choosing not to post the name at this time has no bearing on the validity of what happened to me.”

MOLE TRAP

Tyson Fury would FAKE injuries to catch out members of his team leaking stories to the press before fighting Deontay Wilder, his trainer has claimed.

Andy Lee assisted Sugar Hill Steward in preparing the Gypsy King for the stunning eight-round TKO win in Las Vegas and has opened up on how Fury acts behind the scenes.

Lee told Boxing Social: “There was a couple of days where Tyson messed around, just to see if leaks would happen.

“He feigned injury or pretended to limp a little bit after the sparring session just to see what would happen.

“That’s the type of level of deviousness you’re dealing with, with him. Inside his own training camp where he’ll put on a show and play act to see if anyone talks outside the camp.”

OUCH

WWE’S legendary commentator Michael Cole has admitted Vince McMahon described his WrestleMania match with Jerry Lawler as the “worst thing he’d seen in 60 years”.

Back in 2011 the two iconic announcers had become embroiled in a personal rivalry that led to a show at the 27th edition of the spectacular.

Speaking to Corey Graves on the WWE After The Bell podcast, he said: “So I’m in the ring before the match during the day and CM Punk also had a match at that WrestleMania.

“Phil and I have known each other for years, good, good friends. And he comes, for some reason, to this day, we don’t know why he comes running across the ring and he delivers a knee lift that knocks my front tooth out. There is blood everywhere.

“Now, this is like four hours before my WrestleMania match. My tooth goes away. There’s blood everywhere. Punks telling me, ‘oh, my God, I’ll pay for the dental work. I’m so sorry. I don’t know what got into me. I was just out here goofing around.’

“I said, ‘I ain’t worried about my dental work. I’m about to lose the biggest payday of my career because you knocked my tooth out.’ So that’s how my day started.”

FRANKLY SPEAKING

Boxing fans have called for Frank Bruno vs Mike Tyson III after Bruno showed off his incredible physique on social media.

Tyson, 53, is on the comeback trail and has been seen working hard in the gym in recent weeks, looking sharper and better than he has done for years.

But former world champ Bruno, who fought Iron Mike twice at the peak of his powers, has given the American a run for his money.

Fans’ favourite Bruno, 58, shared an impressive image of him punching a heavy bag while looking in lean condition with his back ripped and muscles bulging.

Hard-hitting Bruno, who won the WBC belt at Wembley Stadium in 1995, simply wrote: “Evening workout.”

His many fans were quick to praise his shape, with fellow former world champ Barry McGuigan writing: “Looking great Frank, keep it going champ.”

GOOD MORNING FIGHT FANS

Tyson Fury’s undisputed clash against Anthony Joshua could cost £29.95 on pay-per-view.

Eddie Hearn told iFL TV: “You think that I’m going to double, oh and by the way, I don’t even set the pay-per-view prices.

“You think Sky are going to do double of Joshua – Ruiz for example, for Joshua – Fury.

“Do I think that’ll go over £29.95, no I don’t.

“But again, this isn’t my decision. I don’t think Sky are looking at this fight thinking, ‘oh yeah, that’ll give us an excuse to put the price up’.

“Is it the biggest fight ever, yes, biggest British fight ever yes.

“But my relationship with the customers and the fans has to be everything, because I want the longevity, I want the respect and I want your trust and I want to give you value.”

Meanwhile, the WWE were forced to remove Jeff Hardy throwing URINE over Sheamus from a SmackDown TV taping “after complaints from Fox”.

In a bizarre segment, Hardy told his rival, “You’re really having a blast with this aren’t you?

“You know another classic saying comes to mind – sometimes it’s better to be p***ed off than p***ed on.”

Hardy then throws a large glass of urine over Sheamus, before Hardy signed the contract.

The move did not go down well with WWE broadcaster’s Fox, according to Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer.

Fox bosses said the segment violated their Standards and Practices and as a result the moment was cut from SmackDown’s airing on the West Coast.

Finally, UFC flyweight Rachael Ostovich has been handed a one-year ban after failing a drug test for ostarine in a tainted supplement.

The 29-year-old has fought just three times in the UFC, the last against Paige VanZant in January 2019, losing by submission.

She was due to face Shana Dobson in February but withdrew, and it has since emerged she failed a United States Anti-Doping Agency test.

USADA later confirmed the doping violation was caused by a tainted supplement.

Ostovich tested positive for ostarine, a muscle grower, and GW1516, which enables muscles to use fat rather than carbohydrates as an energy source, often leading to weight loss.

“But yeah, if one of those guys fell out, we’ll be looking to put Francis in there.”

The 53-year-old was responding to US boxer Errol Spence Jr telling the The Last Stand Podcast that he was shocked most Americans were rooting for Fury to beat Wilder again to set up the Joshua clash.

Ellerbe tweeted: “I stand with you Errol Spence Jr. one hundred per cent.

“All involved have totally disrespected Wilder with planning another fight.”
