1. Ujjain

Ujjain is a very magnificent place in the case of roaming where you will find many things to see as the temple of Mahakaleshwar, which is one of the twelve Jyotirling of India, this temple is so old that in the compositions of the Puranas such as the Mahabharata, Kalidas, you will find description of this temple. 2. Mandu

Besides that which makes Mandu the most special, that is fort of here, known as Mandu Fort. This is located at an altitude of about 2000 feet in the hills of Vidyanachal. Raja Baj Bahadur Shah built this fort in the love of Queen Rupmati. This fort is a testimony of a true love that the king had made for his queen.

 

3. Khajuraho

Khajuraho is one of the biggest tourist places of Madhya Pradesh. Here, many delectable and attractive erotic fantasies in the outer walls are decorated with large artwork in the stone. This statue has been built in such a splendid way that there is nothing in vulgarity it does not look like, but here a fine piece of artwork has been presented, which is a glimpse of the light of goddess and joy.  These temple and sculpture are the invaluable treasures of Indian architecture, which people do not come from the country, but also from abroad to see.

4. Gwalior

Gwalior is well known for the fort of Gwalior, which was built by Raja Mansingh Tomar in the 8th century. This fort is divided into two parts. One part is the Gujari Mahal and the second part is the Man-Temple. There are so many fortresses to see in Gwalior that here the glorious chapter of Indian history comes alive in the palaces here. Besides the Gwalior Fort, you can visit Gurudwara Data Bandi Chhod Qilla Gwalior, Gopachal Parvat, Sun Temple, Jay Vilas Palace can be visited.

5. Bhopal

It is believed that Parmar Raja Bhoj built this city in 11th century. Bhopal’s old name was Bhojraj but today it is known as Bhopal. There are many things to look for, like the fort, Mosque and the crowded market etc. Except these, all are things to see in Bhopal – Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, Moti Masjid, Gauhar Palace, Archaeological Museum etc. Bhopal is also the capital of Madhya Pradesh.

6. Jabalpur

This city, situated on the banks of river Narmada, is known for many such things, but in the case of its tourist places, it also has a unique charm. There are many things here that people come from far to see. Even, there are marble rocks found in Bhedaghat, in which man Bollywood movies have been shot, apart from this, you will also find Tilvara Ghat, Sangram Sagar, Lakes Tripuri Sundari temple etc. those are must seeing places.

 

7. Pachmarhi

Located in Hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh, Pachmarhi, which is situated at a height of 1067 meters, is a magnificent and very beautiful tourist spot of Madhya Pradesh.  Due to its presence in the middle of the Satpura mountains, its beauty increases because of this it is also known Queen of Satpura. Here to see the dense forest, waterfalls, the holy water, the archaeological caves in which you also see the sculpture.
